An archive copy of your web site will be given to you when the project is completed and paid in full.
If your goal is to maintain your web site yourself I will help you learn.
If you have no wish to learn, just want it done I will maintain it for you at the rate of $60 per hour, one hour minimum. Annual maintenance; $1000 per year, unlimited updates, includes 1 years hosting.
